En un artículo anterior(*) planteábamos que la estabilidad mostrada en el largo plazo por el stock ganadero alimentaba una hipótesis de equilibrio en el flujo neto
de metano. Si esto se verifica, decíamos entonces, "la ganadería de los pastizales del Río de la Plata probaría su inocencia frente a las acusaciones de contribuir a
la destrucción del planeta". |
